IDEAPLUS will provide goods and order processing services for registered merchants. When processing your order after production, our quality inspection team will check the quality of the goods and whether they meet the customization requirements in your order one by one. IDEAPLUS recommends that you confirm with your buyer whether the selected material, color, size, customized content information is correct before you obtain an order. IDEAPLUS provides different return/refund policies at the different status of an order:
When the order status is Not Synced and Waiting for Fulfillment:
1. If you want to cancel an order, you can send us your order information and cancellation reason via email. You will receive a 100% refund of the order amount;
2. If you want to change an order, just send your order information and the content to be changed via email to us. We will handle it for you free of charge.
When the order status is Being Fulfilled, Partially Fulfilled, and Fulfilled:
1. If you want to cancel an order, because of the uniqueness of the customized product, IDEAPLUS will refund 20% of the product amount and all shipping cost to you;
2. If you want to change an order, because of the uniqueness of the customized product, IDEAPLUS will charge you an additional fee based on your modification.
When the order status is In Transit:
IDEAPLUS cannot recover the package that is in transit, so we cannot handle cancellation/modification of the order or refund for you. IDEAPLUS recommends that you communicate with your buyer and let him decide whether to accept the product after receiving the package.
When the order status is Delivered:
1. Within 99 days from the date of delivery, if the product your buyer received has quality problems such as coating peeling, breakage, etc, please contact us via email immediately. You are allowed to request us to do: 1. redo the same product; 2. refund 100% of the order amount; 3. exchange goods at the same price.
2. Within 7 days from the date of delivery, if the package your buyer received is a wrong product, missed product, or with fault customized content, please contact us via email immediately. IDEAPLUS will redo the same product and redeliver it for you.
- 3. Within 15 days from the date of delivery, if your buyer finds chosen the wrong size, material, or changed his mind for personal reasons, you can contact us via email. Your buyer can choose to pay 80% of the price of the product and all logistics costs, IDEAPLUS will redo a delivery to your buyer. Your buyer can also choose to accept a 20% refund of the product price (not including logistics costs).
The 99-day 100% refund policy does not contain the following reasons. IDEAPLUS is not responsible for these problems:
1. The product is exposed to corrosive or chemical substances, including but not limited to liquid silver oil, swimming pools, hot tubs, and hot springs;
2. When your buyer adjusts or modifies the product order information;
3. The product is damaged due to your buyer’s personal behavior, improper handling or improper maintenance, etc.;
4. Silver products may become black due to oxidation with the passage of time, and they can be cleaned with a silver polishing cloth to restore their original appearance;
5. Orders after 99 days from the delivery date.
Return/refund service process:
1. Please send an email containing order information and specific instructions to support@ideaplus.com. If it is a quality problem, please provide a clear photo that can feedback the problem;
2. After receiving your email, IDEAPLUS’s customer service will contact you within 1 working day to handle related issues;
3. If the refund information is confirmed, the refund will be refunded to your payment account in the same way you paid within 1~3 working days; the specific refund arrival time varies according to your original payment method;
4. If you need to return the goods, please contact the customer service to obtain the address; the goods that need to be returned should be kept in the original state when they were received; after your mailing, please send us the logistics number and the corresponding bill.
IDEAPLUS reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. When a modification occurs, IDEAPLUS will notify you of the modification in the system. You are supposed to responsible for reviewing and familiarizing yourself with any such changes. Continuing to use IDEAPLUS after receiving such notification means that you accept these changes by default. If you have any questions, please send an email to support@ideaplus.com.
