“Disputes” refer to all disputes and claims arising from or related to this agreement or the performance of this agreement, including non-contractual disputes and claims. It only excludes claims under the limited warranty, and claims against IDEAPLUS by businesses residing in the European Economic Area or Switzerland businesses in the European Economic Area.

All disputes should be governed by Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), be be applicable Arbitration Ordinance, and the only arbitrator selected by Arbitration Ordinance will conduct the arbitration. The arbitration tribunal’s award is final and binding.

Both of us agree that any dispute resolution process will only be conducted by individuals, not collective, joint or representative actions, and both of us waive the right to be judged by the jury.
